Startup Visa Consultancy
Do you want to expand to the European market, take your business to an international level and take advantage of the opportunities that the Netherlands offers?
The Dutch Startup Visa is a special program for entrepreneurs with innovative business ideas that makes it easier to start a company and obtain a residence permit in Europe.
So how does the Dutch Startup Visa Process work?

Prepare your Business Plan
In startup visa applications, the Dutch government supports “innovative” business ideas.
So what is an innovative business idea?
-
Your business idea is expected to contribute to the Dutch economy. This can be a completely new product or service, or an innovative take on an existing industry.
-
Your business plan should include key elements such as market research, target audience analysis, revenue model, growth strategies and competitive advantages.
-
The Dutch government expects startups to be scalable and sustainable. Therefore, it is important that your business model has the potential to grow in the long term.
What do we do for you?
At this stage, we provide professional support to prepare a strong business plan and provide the necessary guidance for your business model to be successful in the Netherlands.
Finding a Facilitator
To obtain a Dutch Startup Visa, it is mandatory to work with a facilitator recognized by the IND (Dutch Immigration and Naturalization Service).
So what is a Facilitator?
-
Facilitators are accredited organizations that guide startups, offer business development support and direct their growth strategies.
-
These organizations can often be accelerators, incubators or investor-backed organizations.
-
The facilitator should be able to provide the resources necessary for your startup to succeed and support the viability of your business model.
What do we do for you?
We find the most suitable facilitator for you based on your business idea/model, manage your communication with the facilitator during the application process and provide guidance for your business model to be accepted by the supporting organizations.

Formal Application
After all the documents are prepared, a Startup visa application should be made to the Dutch Immigration and Naturalization Service (IND).
So what are the required documents?
The following documents must be submitted in the application, but in addition to these documents, IND may request other documents that it deems necessary during the process.
-
Complete business plan (innovation, growth potential, market analysis, etc.) and financial plan.
-
Approval of your Facilitator.
-
Incorporation documents of your company.
-
Financial qualification documents to cover your living expenses in the Netherlands. This qualification amount is updated every year by the IND depending on the minimum wage.
What do we do for you?
To ensure that the process goes smoothly, we ensure that your documents are complete and accurate. Incorrect or incomplete documents may result in rejection of the application. For this reason, we professionally manage every stage of your application process.
Work and Residence Permit in the Netherlands
Once your startup visa is approved, you are entitled to live in the Netherlands and grow your company.
So how the process goes?
-
In the first phase, the startup visa is granted for 1 year. During this period, you are expected to develop your business model, maintain your company's operations and fulfill the objectives you set out in your business plan.
-
At the end of the first year, if you can show that your business has developed and you fulfill the requirements, you may be eligible to extend your residence permit for another 2 years.
-
After 5 years of living and working legally in the Netherlands, you may be eligible to apply for permanent residence.
What do we do for you?
We support you by informing you about your company's needs and the necessary steps for the extension of your visa. The responsibilities you need to fulfill, the developments you need to show and the right steps you need to take play a critical role in the extension of your visa. By explaining the stages that await you in this process in detail, we ensure that you are prepared for the situations you may encounter.
